Marko Bogoievski - CEO
Marko is CEO of both Morrison & Co and Infratil. He joined Morrison & Co in 2008 from Telecom New Zealand where he was Chief Financial Officer, responsible for corporate finance, M&A and group strategy. He is Chairman of Aotea Energy Holdings (parent of Z Energy group), and a director of Infratil and TrustPower. Marko has previously worked for a number of years in New York after earning his MBA from Harvard.
Kevin Baker - Chief Financial Officer
Kevin is CFO of Infratil and Morrison & Co. Mr Baker is responsible for financial and management accounting, reporting and systems for Infratil and its 100% owned subsidiaries. He is Chairman of NZ Bus and a director of Infratil Energy Australia. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 2006, Kevin had considerable energy sector experience as CFO of NGC Holdings Limited.
Jason Boyes - Head of Legal
Jason is the Head of Legal for Morrison & Co and Infratil. He is responsible for group legal risk and compliance, assisting with transaction structuring and execution, and mandate and fund establishment. Before joining Morrison & Co, he was a lawyer at Buddle Findlay for 13 years – seven as a partner, specialising in corporate, securities, and finance transactions.
Jason also worked for two years at Slaughter and May in London, specialising in structured finance and offshore funds. He has a BCA and LLB (Hons.) (first class) from Victoria University of Wellington.
Tim Brown - Capital Markets and Economic Regulation
Tim joined Morrison & Co in 1994 after 12 years at the National Bank of NZ including as head of capital markets. At Morrison & Co he has been involved in financing, capital market transaction and economic regulation. He is a director of Wellington Airport and NZ Bus.
Peter Coman - Executive Property and Social Infrastructure
Peter is accountable for the development and performance of infrastructure property and social infrastructure opportunities within Morrison & Co/Infratil. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 2008, he was Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, New Zealand. Previous to this he worked in the UK for Prudential Real Estate Investors as a Director of their European private equity real estate fund, and for Lend Lease Property Capital as an Associate in their real estate private equity business. Peter is a director of Wellington International Airport.
Steven Fitzgerald - Executive Director Airports Group
Steven Fitzgerald is responsible for airport investment and joined Morrison & Co in August 2011 from his role as Wellington Airport CEO, having previously run Infratil’s European Airports. Steve joined Infratil in January 2005 from Sydney Airport. Steve is a Director of Wellington Airport and Chairman of Infratil Airports Europe.
Mark Flesher - Corporate Development and International Investor Relations
Mark has been involved in the financial capital markets for over twenty years, both in New Zealand and overseas. His roles have included senior positions in the Fund Management Industry, Broking, Investment Banking and Corporate Finance. His most recent role was General Manager Investor Relations at Telecom New Zealand.
Bruce Harker - Executive Director Energy Group
Dr Bruce Harker heads Morrison & Co's Energy Sector team and has an extensive background in the electricity industry including direct utility management roles, advisory and investment experience. Dr Harker is Chairman of TrustPower. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 1994, he held senior management roles within the Electricity Corporation of New Zealand.
Anthony Muh - Executive Director and Chief Executive Asset Management
Anthony had been an independent director at Infratil since 2007, he is now an alternate director for Duncan Saville. He joined Morrison & Co in 2010 to head its group’s asset management businesses. Anthony has extensive experience in both traditional and alternative investment management. His previous roles included Asia Pacific CEO of Alliance Trust Plc; Regional Head of Investment & CIO for Citigroup Global Asset Management and Solomon Brothers Asset Management Asia Pacific. He was a member of Citigroup Asset Management’s global asset management committee. Anthony is currently on the board of the Asia Corporate Governance Association and Hong Kong Securities Institute. He is an advisory board member for Euromoney Institutional Investors Plc and is a member of the New Zealand Business Advisory Board to the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.
Paul Newfield - Investment Director
Based in our Sydney office, Paul leads the Morrison & Co team responsible for analysing the attractiveness of infrastructure sectors, and assessing and executing private market transactions. He played a central role in the development of the Public Infrastructure Partnership Fund and the Morrison & Co Australia Social Infrastructure Fund. He is a Director of the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre PPP and the Bendigo Healthcare Key Worker Accommodation project. Prior to joining Morrison & Co, Paul was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group.
Lib Petagna - Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer
Lib Petagna is an Executive Director and CIO of Morrison & Co. Lib has extensive transactional experience across multiple sectors and has led a number of acquisitions and divestments in the airport, energy and transport sectors in Australasia and Europe. He has led Morrison & Co's entry into wholesale funds management and the agriculture sector. He is a director of NZ Bus, Aotea Energy Holdings (parent of the Z Energy group) and Infratil Property.
Rhoda Phillippo - Technology and People
Rhoda's focus is on optimising group investments in operations, systems and people. Rhoda worked with Morrison & Co prior to the purchase of Z Energy, developing the transition and operations plan and subsequently working with the Z Energy team to successfully establish it as a standalone New Zealand business. She has over 25 years of extensive change management and operations experience in the telecommunications and IT industries in the UK, Australia and New Zealand. She is Chair of Snapper Services and a director of Infratil Energy Australia.
Prior to joining Morrison & Co, Rhoda was CEO of Optimation New Zealand and led Telecom/Gen-i’s transtasman business for major customers. Rhoda holds an MSC in Telecommunications Engineering and Business Management from University of London,
Rob Morrison - Chairman
Rob Morrison became Chair of Morrison & Co in 2012. He is Chairman of Kiwibank, where he was first appointed as an independent director lin 2009 following his retirement as Chairman and CEO of Hong Kong based CLSA Asia Pacific Markets, an award-winning brokerage, investment banking and private equity group. Prior to joining CLSA, Mr Morrison was an Executive Vice President and Head of Equities at Bankers Trust Australia and Chief Executive Officer of Bankers Trust New Zealand. He is currently a council member of the Asian Corporate Governance Association, a director on the Asian advisory board of The Nature Conservancy – a private organisation working to protect ecologically important lands and water – and an advisory professor at Nankai University in Tianjin, China. He was also a member of the Copenhagen Climate Council, a global collaboration between business leaders, scientists and policy makers to work together for a successful new UN protocol to replace the 1997 Kyoto Protocol.

Michael Brook
Michael provides financial analysis and valuation support across Morrison & Co sectors and mandates. Prior to joining Morrison & Co Michael worked for a Wealth Management firm and in the Corporate Finance team at KPMG in Wellington. Michael is a CFA Charterholder, a Chartered Accountant and has a BCA/BA from Victoria University of Wellington.

Rosanne Byrne is a librarian with many years experience in the business sector.
Fiona Cameron - Infratil Group Treasurer
Fiona Cameron is responsible for Infratil Group Treasury operations including cash management, funding, FX and IR management. In addition she is Financial Controller Morrison & Co responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Fiona joined Morrison & Co in 2006 following roles in the energy and banking sectors. She has a BSC (Hons) / BCA and is a CA.
Amy Carroll
Amy Carroll provides marketing and fund raising support across Morrison & Co sectors and mandates as well as assisting with product development and as an additional resource for the listed infrastructure research team. Prior to joining Morrison & Co Amy worked as a Senior Analyst at ACC Investments and as an Equity Research Analyst at Citigroup. Amy has a BCA (Hons) from Victoria University of Wellington.
Aaron Church
Aaron works on the assessment of new investment opportunities for Morrison & Co, and works with portfolio companies to improve performance. Prior to joining Morrison & Co, Aaron was a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, before which he worked in strategy and operational roles at a global electronics distributor. He has a BCom and MBA.
Kellee Clark
Kellee acts as legal counsel. She provides advice on matters concerning Morrison & Co and Infratil, including in relation to transactions, mandates and general compliance. Before coming to Morrison & Co in 2013, Kellee was a senior solicitor at Buddle Findlay in Wellington, practising primarily in the banking and finance, company, and commercial areas.
She has an LLB (Hons.) (first class) and BCom from Otago University.
Susan Clifford
Susan Clifford is the Executive Assistant to Mr Bogoievski and provides administrative support to Infratil. Susan organises Infratil's meetings and handles many shareholder queries.
Martin Cox
Martin works on the development and analysis of new investment opportunities within Morrison & Co and portfolio businesses. Prior to joining Morrison & Co, Martin was a consultant with McKinsey & Company and held strategy roles at Telecom NZ. Martin holds an MBA (with distinction) from INSEAD and MCom (first class honours) from the University of Auckland.
Roger Crawford
Roger is focused on Morrison & Co's Australian energy sector investments and development opportunities. He is Chairman of Infratil Energy Australia. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 1997, he held numerous positions in the electricity industry including the areas of generation and transmission planning and operations.
John Culy
John is a specialist in energy and utility economics with specific expertise in the analytic techniques of hydro/thermal power system modelling, operation and planning. Mr Culy is also a specialist in the theory and practice of electricity and transmission spot pricing and financial economics. He joined Morrison & Co in 1997 and prior to that was with Contact Energy and the Institute of Economic Research.
Mark Dinnison
Mark joined Morrison & Co from KPMG in 2007 as Management Accountant for Infratil. In June 2010 Mark moved to Lumo Energy Australia as Corporate Finance Manager, performing company forecasting, valuation, project and market analysis.
Rachel Drew
Rachel Drew works on a variety of projects from our Wellington office, primarily with NZ Bus. Rachel has worked in the strategy team at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. Rachel holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and a MEng(Hons) from the University of Auckland.
Phillip Grayson
Phillip is responsible for the financial and management accounting of the Hobsonville Schools PPP, the Australian Social Infrastructure Partners Fund (ASIP) and Morrison & Co Australia. Phillip joined Morrison & Co in 2012 having previously worked for KPMG.
Phillippa Harford - Deputy CFO Infratil
On 31 May 2013 Phillippa was appointed as Deputy CFO of Infratil . She has been Group Tax Manager since 2009, responsible for the tax affairs of the Infratil Group including tax strategy & planning, compliance and reporting. Prior to joining Morrison & Co, Phillippa was group tax manager at Vector Limited and also worked for several years providing tax advisory services for PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Carly Harker
Carly provides financial analysis and valuation support across Morrison & Co sectors and mandates. Prior to joining Morrison & Co Carly worked for the Reserve Bank of New Zealand in macroeconomic analysis and forecasting. Carly holds a BCA with Honours and BBmedSci degrees from Victoria University of Wellington.
Matt Harrison
Matt provides financial analysis and valuation support across Morrison & Co sectors and mandates. Prior to joining Morrison & Co Matt was an analyst with Ernst & Young in Auckland. Matt has a BCom(Hons)/LLB from Auckland University.
Stephen Jordan
Stephen joined Morrison & Co in 2010, after working for an Asset Management firm in London. At Morrison & Co, Stephen is focused on portfolio analysis including investment valuation, risk and execution. He is involved across infrastructure sectors with a special interest in energy and utilities and is located in our Sydney office. Stephen has a MEng from Oxford University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Andrew Lamb
General Manager Development for Infratil Infrastucture Property. Andrew is responsible for all property development activity and value add opportunities of Infratil Property. Previously with Goodman International, Andrew is involved in all aspects of master planning, consenting and development of key projects. His experience includes land development, commercial office, industrial parks and mixed use developments.
Sharyn Lyford
Sharyn is based in HRL Morrison & Co's Wellington office, her responsibilities include the organisation of Infratil's shareholder meetings.
Scott McCutcheon
Scott works alongside Phillippa Harford in managing the tax affairs of Morrison & Co managed portfolios, including tax strategy and planning, compliance and reporting. Prior to joining Morrison & Co, Scott was a Senior Manager at KPMG New Zealand and has also worked as an in-house European Tax Advisor for both Apple and Sony, based in London.
David McKinnon
David joined Morrison & Co in March 2013 and is based in our Sydney office. He recenly completed concurrent masters’ degrees in Economics and Finance from The University of Sydney and University of Technology Sydney respectively.
Mark Mudie - Executive Director ASIP
Mark is Executive Director of the Australian Social Infrastructure Partners Fund, with overall responsibility for ASIP’s activities. Key duties include investor communication and relationship management, deal origination and execution, post transaction asset management and investment monitoring.
Prior to joining Morrison & Co, Mark was a Director at Macquarie Capital in London, performing lead roles in the origination and realisation of greenfield social infrastructure PPP opportunities. Prior to this, Mark was a member of the ABN AMRO Infrastructure Capital Group in Australia. He holds law and commerce degrees and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
Nicole Patterson
Nicole has worked in the PPP sector in the United Kingdom, both for the public sector and in a private equity infrastructure fund. Nicole’s roles involved bidding and acquiring primary and secondary PPP social infrastructure assets, transaction due diligence and investment management. Prior to this Nicole worked at Citigroup in London and in the International Tax and Transaction Services team at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Sydney. Nicole has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney.
Steve Penney
Steve is an experienced and recognised advisor in the PPP and infrastructure domain. He has advised on large scale projects in both New Zealand and Australia across all phases of the PPP project delivery cycle with a focus on the financial and commercial aspects. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and a Bachelor of Science.
Sarah Porter
Sarah’s role includes company financial and management accounting for Morrison & Co, providing support for Infratil treasury operations and investment fund reporting. Sarah graduated from Victoria University with a BCA majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law.
Steven Proctor - Executive Director PIP Fund
Steven has been working in the public-private partnership sector since 1995. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 2010, he was a Principal in the Private Equity department of Henderson Global Investors in the UK. Within the PPP sector he has worked as Sponsor (purchasing and bidding infrastructure projects) Lead Arranging banker (lending into several UK project finance transactions) and as a Financial Advisor (advising both project developers and various governments).
Matthew Ross
Matthew joined Morrison & Co from KPMG in 2010 as Group Accountant for Infratil where his responsibilities include company and group management accounting, group forecasting, investment fund reporting.
George Royal
George has extensive experience in electricity sector, initally transmission planning and operations, then market reform, investment analysis and market operation. Prior to joining Morrison & Co in 1995, he had 16 years experience with the Electricity Corporation of New Zealand. In recent years he has also worked on the supply chain of mid/downstream oil sector.
Matthias Seidenstuecker
Based in Germany, Matthias is focused on the identification and assessment of potential airport acquisitions. Matthias has worked for Morrison & Co since 1991 and prior to that he worked in corporate finance and infrastructure advisory roles for a global investment bank.
Tim Skerman
Tim has extensive experience in alternative asset management as a specialist investor in infrastructure and utilities. Tim has responsibility for portfolio management and investment across mandates as well as business development and deal origination for the Morrison & Co group. Previously, he sourced and managed listed and private investments globally for a sector specialist fund manager in London where he had been based for 10 years. Tim is located in our Sydney office.
Dr Graeme Thomson
Graeme is one of New Zealand's leading investment analysts with specialist expertise in transport and infrastructure. His role includes the analysis and valuation of investments across sectors and mandates. He has been with Morrison & Co since 1992.
Liam Tohill - Infratil Financial Controller
Liam Tohill is responsible for corporate accounting, company and group financial reporting and budgeting and forecasting for Infratil. Liam joined Morrison & Co in October 2010 following roles in the finance and banking sectors in the UK, having previously worked for Deloitte in NZ. He has a BCA and is a CA.
Phil Walker
Phil brings significant industry experience to Morrison & Co's airports group. He has been involved in over forty airport sales processes and is a director of Infratil Airports Europe. His previous experience includes six years as Executive Director, Brisbane International Airport and 20 years with Qantas.
Cassandra Wan
Cassandra is executive assistant to Anthony Muh and office administrator in HRL Morrison & Co.’s Hong Kong Office. Cassandra moved from Vancouver to Hong Kong 4 years ago.
